          Hey, my name is Adriana Stan. I am a music teacher. Better yet a piano instructor.  I ve been playing my favorite instrument , the piano, since I was 5 five.  Due to my high level of energy, my mother decided I had to spend it on something good.  Of course I did not have much say in it!  
While this may sound funny to many people, it actually carved a path for me to become the person and musician I am today!Music was my sanctuary. It was my way of making friends, expressing myself, and overall a better choice than playing video games 24 hours a day. Playing or performing has been my pleasure for years. Now, I eat, sleep, run, play, and teach music almost full time. When I m not playing, you can find me spending time in the mountains. Through my education, love and passion for music, my goal is to inspire students and to help them realize their great potential, all while having fun.My musical adventures range from high-energy shows at national festivals,  to intimate musical gatherings, house concerts, and local community events.Having already learned the technique of interpretation from the best teacher in Maramureș, my birthplace, I went on to study classical music at the famous Conservatory of Barcelona. It was there that I gained knowledge about the art of improvisation.Although I have a formal musical education, my method is very different from your everyday conservatory-style piano tuition.Sometimes I teach by simple methods but without classical rules. It all depends on the type of person you are, or the type of concentration mood your children have. Sometimes I teach by ear  No sheet music, no sight-reading, no exams.  If you want to learn cool things like songwriting, improvisation, harmonization, chords and you want to learn in a fun environment, I m the right teacher for you.  I have over 10 years of experience teaching beginners and advanced.
