This is a lovely modern holiday apartment which is available for stays all year round. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (1 being ensuite), which sleeps 4 comfortably. It is an open plan living space so that everyone can be together.  There is also a dishwasher,  a full size fridge freezer & a microwave. Bed linen & towels are also provided. The location is great for exploring Cornwall. The Eden Project is 10 minutes drive away and the gorgeous Fowey & Mevagissey are about 6 miles away.  There are plenty of supermarkets close by, plus, some brilliant local shops where you can get fresh crab & pasties.  The property is, maintained to a very high standard and comes with all towels & bed linen as well as a welcome pack of tea, coffee etc.  There is also a small garden with table & chairs and parking right outside the front door!!  Our property is available all year round 2024. Prices for a week in Summer are £550. Short breaks are also available nearer the time of booking. We do ask for a £75 damage deposit which we refund back at the end of the stay.
