Horsey Gap where you can go on the beach with wild seals on the beach is about a 30 minute drive., , AVAILABILITY & PRICE :-, , Summer Holidays, Saturday 20 - Saturday 27 July - £645, Sunday 4 - Sunday 11 August - £645, , Some term time and weekend dates available, prices upon request., , The price above includes, gas and electric and cleaning after your stay.  Additional £150 deposit is required to secure booking, this will be returned within 7 days, after confirmation that there are no losses or damages after your stay., , Entertainment passes are an additional cost, paid directly to the site on arrival, these are required if you would like to use the entertainment complex, swimming pools, hire shop or to play link bingo with prizes up to and over £10,000!, , Peak, £16.65 per person - less than 7 days, £18.50 per person - 7 days, , Off Peak, £9 per person - less than 7 days, £10 per person - 7 days, , TERMS OF USE, In addition to the cost of your stay a £150 refundable deposit is to be paid at time of booking, this is to secure your dates and also acts as a damage deposit, if following departure no damage or losses have occurred the deposit will be refunded within 7 days., , When you leave after your stay please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it (e.g. no perishable foods left behind, rooms tidy and the kitchen/ bathroom are in a clean state). Please place all used bedding on the double bed., , There will be some non-perishable foods available on a replace what you use basis., , Any problems, maintenance or damage needs to be reported to us immediately, especially if found upon your arrival. There is a maintenance team on site so we will ensure any issues are rectified in good time., , Blankets and cushions must not be taken outside of the caravan., , If you use the BBQ, this must be emptied and cleaned before departure., , Please ensure that all windows are closed and alarm is activated when you are not in the caravan, fans and portable heaters must not be left on., , No smoking or pets permitted in the caravan.
