Good Morning, I was just wondering if you could help me. We are looking to rent a 4 bed or 3 bed house  with 2 reception rooms in Parkstone, Poole area., It would be for myself my mother and my two children. Due to disabilities we are unable to work as I am my mother's carer and I have 2 autistic boys aged 14 and 5 years. We do have a small behaved chihuahua. Our yearly income is £66000 a year. We are unable to get a guarantor as we don't know anybody, we are very respectful family, we don't smoke. We are only moving as the landlord is selling up. We have lived in our current property for 9 years and our previous 7 years and we can get references from both of our landlords to verify this is true.  Our current landlord is very willing for any other future landlord to contact him for any verification thats needed,, We can get a incentive payment from the council and would be very willing to pay any insurance premiums if need be.
