All utensils and cleaning products are provided., The sitting area is nice and spacious and has a fold out bed which can sleep another two people. There is a TV in the living room and a DVD player  XBOX There are also several games., Linen it would be best to provide your own to cut down on costs Mattresses and pillows are protected and pillows and duvets are available in the caravan All we ask, if you rent, please respect our caravan, and a small deposit secures your holiday with full payment required 4 weeks before your stay.We ask for a £50 deposit to secure the holiday and then 4 weeks before you go (OR SOON AS )the remaining balance to be paid along with a £50 breakages deposit which will be returned 7 days after your holiday once the caravan has been checked.Payments can be accepted by ways of Paypal, cash if you are local or Bank Transfer. NO club house on site but good entertainment 2 minute walk including cash bingo and a games room and sweet shop for the youngsters, .
