Oak land solid wood bookcase.  roughly 3 years old, very good condition, comes from smoke and pet free home. Size : 120cm W  41cm D  119.5cm H.  This is a heavy piece of furniture, and it is  lovely, only reason selling that its to large for my small flat, my mistake. Hercules rustic solid oak, still on their website priced at £464.99 on sale. Please note that will take 2 people to remove , there are 14 steps straight down, no bends.  cash only please on pick up.
