We are pleased to offer our static 3 bedroom holiday home., Property comfortably sleeps 6 people, situated in Martello Beach Holiday Park Clacton- On- Sea., 5 min drive to main pier and secluded beaches nearby.guest holiday passes can be purchased at reception and are needed to use facilities such as indoor/ outside swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse and bar, laundry facilities, following the holiday parks guidelines. Strictly no smoking allowed inside the caravan, .Pets are not permitted without prior agreement and at a cost of £30 per pet to cover steam cleaning costs. The caravan consists of.3 bedrooms one with double bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 singles that can be moved together to make a double. Full use of kitchen with utensils including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery., Please bring your own bedding, duvets and pillows supplied. Laundry facilities available on site, again the use of this facility follows the parks guidelines., , A refundable deposit of £75 and a £2.50 Admin cost is required to secure booking, payable by PayPal.
