It is also on the 13 bus route, direct to the High Street., , There is a living/dining room downstairs, which leads to a kitchen with a double fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, and fridge-freezer. There is a spacious, well-kept yard to the front and a much-loved garden to the rear, overlooking a quiet playing field. The house has broadband with unlimited downloads, as well as Netflix at no cost to the tenants., , I am a 40 y.o. man, the lead tenant, and have lived here for 17 years, keeping the house as though it were my home (which it is!) Your other housemate is a younger man. We do not smoke, keep pets, or take illegal substances — and ask our housemates not to., , We are both quiet and from an academic background, and hope for someone mature enough to keep the house clean without our setting a rota. But I ask both housemates, if around during one of my occasional absences, to turn on the sprinkler in the back garden and water some baskets on the front wall when the weather demands it., , The rent is payable to the owner, and a further £150 for bills, council tax, and communal cleaning products (including toilet paper and laundry detergent) is payable to me., , We are looking for someone with immediate effect, to fill a vacated bedroom under our current tenancy, which runs to 12 October 2024.
