4DegreesC, a leading supplier of fresh produce & chef’s ingredients, is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Finance Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, multi-million-pound business with career progression opportunities. The Company is based in Leyton, East London and would ideally suit a local person., This is an onsite role and working hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:30p.m, Monday to Friday, Salary £28,000 - £30,000 p.a., Position Involves:, Managing and monitoring the customer accounts., Ensuring that aged debt is kept to a minimum., Allocating customer receipts., Preparing and emailing statements of accounts., Reconciling customers, intercompany, supplier, staff expenses, bank, and credit card accounts., Supporting the preparation of the management accounts., Analysing large data sets., Working closely with the Head of Finance., Any other ad hoc duties that may arise in the department., Skills/Requirements & Experience:, Credit Control, Reconciliation, Data analytical, General, purchases and sales ledger experience, Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, SUM IF, COUNT etc), Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Previous experience working with an accounting software, ideally SAGE., Minimum of three years’ experience working in an Accounts/Finance role., Personal Attributes:, Good all-rounder., Great team player., Willingness to learn., Can do attitude., Benefits:, 28 Days paid annual leave., Enrolment to pension scheme., Staff account with discounted pricing on 3500 food products., As the company is a small/medium size family business we offer excellent opportunities for progression withing the company, always promoting from within where possible.
