Hi, I have a room to rent in my flat, the room has 1 double bed in it, (no other furniture is in the room), I work and won't be home some nights as I work nightshift, the flat has unlimited wi-fi, the rent is £240, per month and you would pay your own power bills (for me this works out at roughly £60 per month), I pay the council tax for the flat so no other bills to pay other than your rent and power bills, I have a small cat who lives in the flat also, so you must be ok with cats (he is very shy), If you are interested in the room please send me a message and I will get back to you soon as I can.
