ITEM IS 100% GENUINE, Though they’re known for their vintage timepieces, Szanto takes the concept even further with the 6000 series. A nod to pocket watches of another era, it features a polished, hinged lid with engraved numerals 1 through 12. The recessed center hole offers a peek at the dial. All it takes is a press on the crown to open the hatch and see what’s inside: an old school dial with running seconds at 5 o’clock, Roman numerals, and Breguet-style hands. Fittingly, the watch is powered by a Miyota 8212 21-jewel movement, not quartz. The onion-style crown, too, reinforces the vintage feel, pairing well with the wire-style lugs. Rounding out the watch is its 30 meters water-resistance rating and handsome leather strap.
