Help4Homeless is a non profit ,self funded organisation., The team offer help and support to our street friends and financially struggling individuals by offering accommodation in their times of need., We currently have accommodation along with support available to provide up to 15 individuals with a home within the Bradford along with Leeds area., We offer accommodation, housing-related support and other interventions to a wide range of people to help them change their lives. We provide accommodation, support and wellbeing services, outreach, information, advice and guidance across England and Wales., We also provide private rented accommodation and are growing this area of our work via a letting’s agency. We help those who are most in need and hardest to engage to find and/or maintain accommodation so that they feel safe and encourage them to be independent and reach their aspirations., We work with:, ✅People with mental health issues, ✅People with substance misuse issues, ✅People with dual diagnosis, ✅People with complex and multiple needs, ✅Ex-offenders, ✅Asylum Seekers & Refugees, ✅Domestic Violence service users Leaving Care Service users, ✅Homeless, ✅Sexual Exploited, ✅Trafficked Service Users, If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness within the Leeds and Bradford region please make contact so we may discuss how we are able to assist., Referrals are required to have a completed external risk assessment & supported information (where possible). Our staff will conduct a referral assessment at an interview to ensure the customers referred meet the eligibility criteria for accommodation (in receipt of benefits)., This process is designed to help the service user, and all those supporting them, to feel as confident as possible that the placement will be a success., DWP/UC, Please Contact Us 7am -1pm
