Minutes away from Hackney Central Station and many other bus and travel links ., Would also suit a student who is in between flat shares or a professional who is on the look out for somewhere permanent and needs a safe stop gap. A great comfortable and safe stop gap is the best way to describe this I feel!, We are looking for a clean, responsible individual who doesn’t mind sharing a house with a 7year old. She is a busy 7 year old so you won’t ever really get too bothered at all., Usually lodgers will be expected to come and go as they please and don’t need to get involved with the comings and goings of our family life. In other words it would suit someone who has a busy work/life schedule., We welcomed teachers, designers, students actors photographers and more., Small Deposit should be paid on agreement to rent room and then you will only be asked for the monthly rent £650 on the same date every month. There are no written contracts or extra fees. All bills included!, Everything is done on trust but I do ask if people can let me know in good time if they need to move out suddenly.
