Welcome to B18, a lovely modern, spacious pet free static caravan situated on the family friendly Seven Bays Park in St Merryn, close to Padstow in Cornwall., , This lovely light and airy caravan has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double glazing, central heating, WIFI, is sited on a great South facing grassy pitch and has private parking alongside - making it the perfect way to spend a family friendly holiday in Cornwall., , The park is within a few minutes drive of several of the best beaches in Cornwall making up the infamous Seven Bays for seven days and the popular harbour town of Padstow is also just a few minutes away., , As this caravan has only just come onto the holiday rental market there is still full availability for this year including Easter, May Half term and school holidays as well as all other dates, please get in touch with your requirements :), , About the caravan:, , The master bedroom is a great size and has a king size bed, a fitted wardrobe, dressing table and private en-suite bathroom., , The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds and a fitted wardrobe., , The family bathroom is light and roomy with a good sized shower enclosure and white bathroom suite., , The kitchen is a very good size and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and includes fridge with freezer section, a full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, glasses etc..., , The lounge is very spacious with a large corner sofa, a double metal action sofa bed, TV, WIFI and a gas fire., , The dining area has a table and four chairs and is perfect for your family meals together., , Outside there is plenty of room for the children to play on the grass and a picnic bench is provided for your outdoor usage. Private Parking is in the private driveway by the caravan., , (FYI: I am just in the process of updating the caravan so there are still some minor cosmetic items to finish, More photos will be updated shortly to include these, thank you for your consideration), , Here are some additional booking notes for your perusal but if you have any other questions then please feel free to get in touch and I will be happy to help., , Booking terms and conditions:, The caravan is available to book from Friday to Friday., Check out is 10am and check in is 4pm on your day or arrival., Please get in touch with your dates and if I am able to accommodate you with other check in dates/times I will do my best to help you out., This is a 2 bedroom caravan and as the park has a strict policy regarding groups we have decided to keep the caravan to a maximum of 4 – 6 guests for this year. We can accommodate using the sofa bed in the lounge area if needed and also plenty of room for a travel cot for a baby/toddler., I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and always get in touch to check if you have any questions., There is a key box at the caravan and on confirmation of your booking I will provide details of the code and also directions to the caravan., This is a strictly non smoking/vaping caravan., Sorry, Dogs are not allowed., We do not provide any linen or towels however we do supply duvets, pillows and protectors for your stay which are all changed over/cleaned after every booking and all brand new this year., , We can provide bed linen on request for an additional payment of £30 per booking., , To make a booking simply get in touch and I will get back to you asap., , Payment is accepted via BACS and I will always confirm safe receipt of any payment., Payment is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival., I am sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once confirmed., , PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NON REFUNDABLE £100 DEPOSIT PAYABLE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING., , It is strictly prohibited to charge any electric vehicle from the caravan., Thank you :)
