URGENT - Builder/ Handyman Full-time, Up to £120 per day!!!!, PROPERTY - BUILDER - MULTI TRADER - PLUMBER - CARPENTER - TILER - PAINTER ETC, Multi Trader, This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new property maintenance company looking to expand., The Role, The work is typically preparing rooms to let, planned maintenance from small repair to works such as painting, decorating, plumbing, garden works, kitchen and bathroom installations. You will be required to be moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis. The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance background and will have a good all round ability., Applicants must:, Enjoy various jobs, Be able to think on their feet and problem solve, Be a team player with good communication skills, Be happy to work alone time to time, Have good organisational skills, Have good time management, Hard working, Must possess good all round multi-trading skills, Good customer service skills, Hold a full UK driving license, Suitable candidate must have experience in various trades such as tiling, carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating and general repairs/maintenance issues.
