Quad 303. In my opinion one of the best power amps ever made. Its design is unique, and ironically because they were so well made many are still working and available which drives the price down, ironically giving many people the impression that were not that good., , I am not alone in my praise for this amp. Someone once told me that they worked in the music business and the 303 was the closest to the live music they heard all day., , I have compared it with amps costing thousands and it has never shown itself up., , Not the most powerful of amps at 45 watts per channel, perhaps not able to provide rap concert levels of volume but certainly power enough for anything I have used it for., , Hand made throughout, to produce today it would be very expensive (although it was not cheap in its day)., , Fully recapped and upgraded. As good an example you are likely to find at any price, and priced way below its normal value for quick sale. Comes with top quality flashbacks lead., , This is one of the last units that were made and has the modern IEC mains connection. Cash on collection only from Harlow CM19.
