All the gas heating and cooking has been removed so it's fully electric which saves having to drag massive gas bottle around in the middle of winter which is great just plug in and play., The decking section is not included as the was sold separately. We bought it off a private caravan park where a couple had it as their holiday home for a few weeks of the year but it's not had a heavy use., Great condition inside and out. Not sure exactly on the age I think they said 2006. Fully water tight no damp at all., Viewings are welcome although it's now kept in storage and isn't wired or plumbed in.
