Room with ensuite for rent in a recently refurbished house, sharing with 3 others. We're looking for someone to take a room from 1st July until September (there's also flexibility for additional dates either side), , The room itself is a nice size, with large built in wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed with appropriate storage as well as an ensuite with shower., , The house has a large shared kitchen/ living room space with plenty of cupboards and surfaces for cooking, Two of us often cook at the same time with no issues., , It's in a great location on Ecclesall Road with Tesco/Sainsbury's a couple of minutes away as well as plenty of food places too. Also walkable to the city in 25 mins, but there's regular buses along the way too.
