We are the closest caravan park to Cromer., Our comfortable caravans are double glazed and centrally heated so you will be snug whatever the weather. Each van has a double bedroom, twin single bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. Our kitchens are well equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, grill and hob. Every van has a 32 inch freeview TV in the lounge. Caravans have a shower room, with toilet and hand basin. Gas, electricity and water is included., Maximum party size is up-to 6 people. Prices quoted are for two people sharing, children under 14 are free, extra adults at £25.00 per person per week., We have a fenced children's wooden play area with sandpits underneath and benches nearby, a large picnic and games area, and a coin operated laundry room., You will need to bring your own bedding and towels, beds will have mattress protectors only., Children are always welcome., Pets are welcome in our four dedicated pet-friendly caravans, (subject to availability and a £75.00 charge)., WiFi is available costs will apply for use., Parking is available beside each caravan., Smoking or vaping in or around the caravan is not allowed., All gas appliances have been tested and certified (boiler, cooker, fire etc), Our season is 20th March to 31st October., , It's only a short stroll into Cromer for all amenities, which includes: shops, museum, cinema, theatre, zoo, pier, sandy beaches, arcades, cafes, restaurants, pubs, coastal walks, bird-watching, rock-pooling, fossil hunting, paddle boarding, fishing, bowls, golf, go-carting, pitch and putt, tennis and more.
