For sale is my 2011 Triumph Tiger 800 XC. It's none ABS. I've owned it since September 2022 but I'm having a bit of a rethink of my motorbike riding so this has to go. It has two previous owners and came from Two Wheels in Edinburgh originally. The first two services were done by them, thereafter the second owner had it serviced by Dunfermline Motorcycles until 2018 then by Street Evolution Motorcycles in Inverkeithing in 2019. I've all the receipts for this. I got it with 23k on from Morven Motorcycles in Kincardine - they did a vehicle check and it all comes out clean., , It has the following genuine Triumph accessories:, Arrows can with the correct ECU map, Bash plate, Stainless steel crash bars (I put these on as I got them cheap and the painted bars on it were a bit scabby), Heated grips, Fog lights, Centre stand, Mudguard extension, Tank bag, , It also comes with the following:, Metal Mule pannier frames, 'ARD Case' alloy panniers - these were a custom made job available back in the day and are rock solid compared to Givi traxes and the like. They have a neat QR mounting system. Locks work and the keys are all there., Givi adjustable touring screen which keeps the wind off very well. It also comes with the standard screen which I sourced and fitted for a bit of minimalism., 20mm bar risers, Touratech headlight grill and rear brake M/C cover, , I did the 24k service including checking and adjusting the valve clearances - I have three spare shims as proof! The starter motor packed in last year and I bought and fitted a genuine Triumph replacement kit, including the different size idler gear - £600. Other than that I've ridden it in all weathers, but not over winter. It starts, goes and stops just as it should with no issues., , Condition wise, it's pretty good for the mileage but it has been well used and this shows. Tank and body work all look good, the wheels are sound and straight but have various stone chips and a few scratches. The frame had some rust around the welds when I got it so I did a touch up job - not perfect but looks OK. The engine has lost some of the black paint up front, I re-sprayed the generator cover with PJ1 when I did the starter motor. The panier frames are a bit rusty in places but I left them as is as I never used them., , Tyres were brand new when I got it and still have loads of life left. The chain and sprockets are in good condition with no hooked teeth but the chain is approaching the end of the adjusters. It has no tight spots and runs smooth so lots of life left as it doesn't need adjusting much. Brake disks well with spec rear pads have loads of life in them and fronts about half worn. The 2019 service included a fork rebuild according to the bill., , See photos please. I've included a couple as I rode it last year with all the extra stuff stripped off as I don't carry much luggage., , I think £3750 is a very fair price given the spec, condition and mileage. If you buy one of these with it's original starter motor figure on £600 plus fitting as they all go at some point after 15k so mine will enable trouble free starting for at least another 24k.
