I booked a long weekend in brecon South Wales for myself and my partner, but we're  unable to go now. The refund policy isn't great when booked late so I'm looking to change the lead booking guest for the stay and sell at a discounted price. Its 4 nights from the 31st May to the 4th of June. I did opt for the £20 security waiver over the 150 deposit, but it doesn't make any difference. Other than basic wear and tear if you don't damage anything expensive they'll be nothing to pay, with or without the security deposit. As a precautions I was planning to give the place a quick inspection to make sure nothings damaged when I arrived. The terms say that there's a £75 pound charge to change the lead booking guest for the stay. This will be included in the price. Change over is fairly simple. I will email customer service about the change with your details and cc you in and you will need to email agreeing to take over the booking with the reference / my name etc and that's it. Payment needs to be taken prior to detail change via PayPal as I will lose all access to this booking once the property agents agree to the lead booking guest changes. I will not be entertaining offers lower than £260 as this price includes the £75 charge(stated in the t&c) to make changes to the booking. The property was £362 for the 4 nights, so this is a real bargain.
