Price was stated and service was provided the next day. Since there was a two hour minimum and I did not realize that assembly could be included I reached out immediately after the two men left and received an immediate response. The men were able to come back to complete the work. It was a huge relief and ended up saving me money to not have to hire a separate contractor for a job that could continue within my 2 hour minimum and same day. Although it was a short job (just upstairs in same small building), we had a very heavy, bulky wood desk, and several other heavy dressers/beds. They powered through and finished a half hour earlier than anticipated. Diego and Brian were very polite and did an amazing job with this tough job-no damage despite the challenging stairs. I have a narrow stairwell and a landing that the piece was too big to maneuver. It had to be lifted up and over the stairwell railing and they did it wonderfully. I needed to move about a house-worth amount of furniture from Alhambra to Venice and they did great, they make sure to properly wrap and package all the furniture securely so there aren't any damages, they also communicated very well with updates on how the project was going. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be working with them again in the future.
