Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities Regular social events Lively atmosphere Casual work attire Flexible working hours On-the-job training Food provided Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shift - Ensure efficient and smooth workflow during the shift - Monitor and maintain quality standards for coffee preparation, service, and cleanliness - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cashiering - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Observe and Report inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Experience: For Shift Lead: - 2 years experiance in speciality coffee - Must be able to dial in espresso, know how to make pour overs and submit latte art picture - Must be able to describe 2-3 flavor notes per coffee - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team For Barista: - 2 years experiance in Starbucks or Coffee Bean - Must be able to name each coffee tool - Food handlers card - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
