We locate at the Beverly Hills Restaurant Row on La Cienega Blvd. We are looking for team members who are positive, skillful, talented and highly motivated and enthusiastic about hand-crafted food concept. We make noodle from scratch on-site, broth, sauces and everything. IMMEDIATE HIRE upon 5 days of paid training completion with the satisfaction of managers and owner/chef Full time/Part time Line Cooks -Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation -Detail oriented: must be able to follow basic recipes and methods -Must be able to listen to their supervisor for setting up and stock station, garnishing each dish properly -Able to multi-task and willing to learn, help prep food when restaurant is slow -Previous line cook experience is preferred -Ramen or Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus -Good knife skills is a plus We offer paid training on site.
