QR Code Link to This Post Thirty-five year old and family owned machine shop in Huntington Park is looking for a CNC Programmer/Machinist. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a machine shop with various Haas CNC machines. Responsibilities: Ability to understand and analyze blueprints, sketches and Solidworks models Proficient in 3D programming using Mastercam / CAMWorks Conduct design changes in programming and set up Verify material prior to machining Machine / repair metal objects using Haas CNC machines Present concerns to Operations Manager Measure work carefully by using precision tools, such as calipers & micrometers Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service Request purchasing of tools & supplies Requirements: Understand hazards and safety regulations of machining trade Work independently in the absence of supervision Be a team player Benefits: 40 Sick Hours 2 Weeks Time Off 7 Paid Holidays All Applicable after Probationary Period Please email a copy of your resume and/or your cover letter telling me why you would be a good fit for this position.
