Bar Manager/Mixologist Job Description: As the Bar Manager/Mixologist at Jade, you will be the creative force behind our bar program, developing and executing a standout Japanese-inspired cocktail menu. You will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensure the highest standards of service, and create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities: -Develop, curate, and execute a Japanese-inspired cocktail menu that complements our contemporary cuisine. -Maintain a strong knowledge of basic cocktails and innovate with new creations that highlight Japanese flavors and ingredients. -Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and ordering. -Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience. -Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service. -Collaborate with the Executive Chef  to ensure harmony between food and beverage offerings. -Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in Japanese cuisine and beverages. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Bar Manager/Mixologist, preferably in a high-end or Japanese-inspired establishment. -Strong knowledge of cocktails, with the ability to create and execute a distinctive cocktail menu. -Good understanding of food and wine, with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and drinks being a significant advantage. -Excellent punctuality and reliability. -Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to easily converse with customers and enhance their experience. -Strong leadership and organizational skills.
