It has been kept in a zipper plastic blanket bag so it is perfectly clean.  Size is 60 inches long and 40 inches wide.  This is in perfect condition -- no holes, damage or torn areas. When you call me and we talk I will give you my address and description and color of my house so you don’t miss it.  I live 4 blocks west of La Cienega Blvd. along Pico Blvd. and one block north of Pic.   This gives you an idea of where I am located.    I only take cash….no checks, credit cards, no online bank transfers. This is a land line phone with an answering machine connected for you to leave a message.  Speak slowly and clearly -- State your name, what you want, and phone number three times…. SLOWLY…. so it is legible and I will call you back.  This is necessary since some cell phones people use has a garbled transmission which is not audible and unintelligible….so speak SLOWLY with your phone number.
