Candidates must be able to process invoices, respond to emergency calls, coordinate, and dispatch in-house vendors/handyman crew. Requirements for this position: - Basic computer skills with programs like Excel, Microsoft, Yardi a plus - Fast data entry - Exhibit great interpersonal skills when speaking with managers, tenants and handyman - Well organized, team player, and a proficient problem solver in a practical and timely manner - A basic comprehension of costs for appliances/materials needed for repairs Please provide a copy of your updated resume.
