QR Code Link to This Post Pharos Logistics LLC is now hiring Class-C drivers for long haul OTR Expedited Sprinter Van routes. Must be able to drive all across the lower 48 states and be on the road at least 3 weeks of the month. ***NON CDL, CLASS C POSITION*** Sprinter Vans Sprinter Van Class C Driver compensation is 60% of the total gross to the driver. Driver pays for gas, food and lodging, if needed. A vehicle grosses from 8 to 10 thousand per month. Driver’s clean pay is 60% of the gross minus their expenses, like gas, food and lodging, which accumulates to around 20% of the gross, depending how the van is driven. Driver must make arrangements to sleep in the car, but if the cargo area is full, driver checks in to a hotel on their own expense. The listed amount is possible if the driver drives 22-25 days out of the month. The loads are not consistent, they may be overnight or over the day, there could be up to 4 days of waiting in between loads. Drivers DO NOT negotiate Rate, and must haul all work assigned. The listed Gross amount includes all those conditions. Driver’s expenses are drastically minimized when the driver drives 65-70mph. Driver must provide their own sleeping arrangements and transportation to the vehicle, IF hired. Our vehicles are 2017 to 2019 Ford Transit Cargo Vans, gas operated, insulated, without bulkhead, and Mercedes Sprinters, Diesel operated. Vehicles are meticulously serviced and maintained. The company is responsible for all and any vehicle service, maintenance, insurance, and road TOLLS. Requirements: No DUI Clean Driving Record (absolutely no tickets or accidents in the past 3 years) Must have Driver's License in The United States for NO LESS than 3 years, otherwise do not apply.
