Programs include home health, hospice care and palliative care. Job description (full time or part-time). We are available in all of Los Angeles and Orange County. Ask for more locations Your job is ONLY to acquire applications for seniors 62+ You fill out a 1 page form (basic information), along with photos of ID and Medical/Medicare. We provide you leads of senior living addresses where you can door knock. You can also post at any location you'd like and acquire leads that way or any other way you'd like. We verify eligibility with Medicare/Medical and then we schedule a nurse to visit the patient to complete enrollment with a free basic checkup as required by Medicare/Medical. The most popular items are the walkers, shower chairs, blood pressure monitors and blood glucose monitors for diabetics. Also very popular are the Ensure nutritional drinks or Glucerna drinks for diabetic people. Patients can get 30 or 60 drinks per month while you are in the program. We also provide a nurse to stop by and check on patients once per week for a quick visit and all supplies you order are delivered directly to you twice monthly.
