This is the XL model option which includes a longer arm for more reach for longer desks including larger standing desks. This includes everything you need to get started. In addition to being general task light, it is designed for the modern post-pandemic world/WFH to serve in a dual function as a ring light stand in for ZOOM/Teams calls so you do not any additional lightning to look good for your calls or streaming. The lamp has a high 91+ CRI rating, glare free light, and an occupancy sensor which automatically turns the lamp off when movement isn't sensed. Uses only 7w of power. This is a high-quality lamp, the lamp head is made of diecast aluminum and the base is quite heavy. The non-XL shorter version of this lamp with the charging base on the Humanscale website currently sells for $439 + sales tax. Has a 10 year warranty and "forever hinges".
