It's in good condition with some light scratches and scuffs. The lower drawer opens and closes shut properly. I won't take anything under $100 because the same unit in worse condition will sell for at least $100 on ebay and I'm just posting it here in case somebody wants to take it off my hands before I get around to making an ebay listing.
