You will be sharing the apartment with 2 gay men, 25 and 28. ***We are ideally looking for another gay/bi man or a female.*** We are right around the corner from the grove, and in walking distance to Trader Joe’s, CVS, Target, and pretty much anything you may need! Your room shares a jack & jill bathroom. One parking spot available in the back and street is permit parking In unit washer and dryer Our lease officially ends at the end of July, you can move in early July but we will need someone to commit to signing the lease ASAP which will begin August 1st. Requirements per landlord (No exceptions): No criminal history No pets Good credit!! We are responsible for utilities except water. We also pay for a cleaning service which comes and cleans all the common areas and both bathrooms, it’s 50 a visit, and they come twice a month. So expect to pay 100 a month on this, we are keeping this service. It’s a big apartment and really needs to be kept up. We are looking for someone who wants to live in a fun, cozy and comfortable spot. We enjoy going out together and hanging. Not a party house though, and we are all respectful of each others spaces.
