When you call me and we talk I will give you my address and description and color of my house so you don’t miss it.  I live 4 blocks west of La Cienega Blvd. along Pico Blvd. and one block north of Pico…..this gives you an idea of where I am located.    I only take cash….no checks, credit cards, nor online bank transfers.
