You can use it manually or it is also electric which can be plugged in so the stepping motion moves electrically for you.  The owners manual tells you how to work it with the electric movement. Since it is so heavy there is no shipping and you must haul it in your own truck.  You may call or email me and make an appointment to come to my house and see it and pay cash.  If you like it you can put some money down on it and I will hold it for you so you can obtain a truck and a friend to help you move it.  It has wheels on the back legs so you can tip it up and wheel it out to your truck.
