All utilities are included! A minimum stay of 3 weeks is required, but I prefer to rent it out to someone who can stay for the entire month. If you stay for the full duration, the total rent will be $1900. This spacious apartment is within walking distance to the Wilshire/Western subway station, numerous restaurants, and the Wiltern. It's also just a 15-minute drive to downtown LA, Mid-City, Silverlake, Melrose, and West Hollywood. The apartment features Wi-Fi, TV streaming services, an AC unit in the living room, a dishwasher, and laundry facilities in the building. You will have access to all kitchen appliances, including a Nespresso machine, microwave, tea kettle, plates, cups, pots, and utensils. There is also a parking spot in the gated garage, as well as street parking. Please note that pets and smoking inside the apartment are not allowed. A $400 security deposit is required for the entire stay of three weeks to a month, which will be fully refunded provided nothing is stolen or broken.
