Demonstrates a basic understanding of bread, including components and fermentation. Demonstrates the ability to work in a team-driven environment Establishes and maintains a positive, professional relationship with co-workers and customers Responsibilities Include: mixing dough, managing fermentation, scaling and shaping, baking Is able to complete duties on schedule Maintains organized and clean work stations Demonstrates a willingness to perform occasional small duties to aid other departments and a general understanding of the restaurant as a whole and willingness to support the entire entity Assists in cleaning of production areas Supplemental ***Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
