There is not a flat white wall in sight. The bathroom is floor to ceiling porcelain tile. There are front, side and back patios. All are covered with large and small potted plants taken care of by a weekly visit from the gardener. The 8-foot redwood fence and the hills covered in ivy and bougainvillea offer privacy that would be a challenge to find elsewhere.
