Clean inside.  Very good condition, minor wear on corners of brown.  They  just need good leather color polish.  the locks, snap clasps, are brass, with sturdy brass feet.  Each lock has a 3 tumblers, all now on 000.  you set the code, and close clasp. spin tumblers, It's locked, till you put in the numbers you lcreated.  17 1/4 by 12 inch by 3.5 wide. a stand laptop, will fit.  Handle no strap.
