QR Code Link to This Post Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to transport goods over short or long distances while operating a variety of trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in route driving, delivery services, and freight transportation. Responsibilities: - Safely operate trucks of various sizes and weights in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations - Transport goods from warehouses or distribution centers to specified locations - Required to assemble furniture when needed, being handy would be necessary - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking the brakes, tires, and lights - Maintain accurate driving logs and ensure timely deliveries - Adhere to delivery schedules and follow routes as assigned - Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as needed - Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other team members effectively Qualifications: - Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a truck driver or relevant position - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus - Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly - Experience with tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or refrigerated trailers is preferred - Strong customer service skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $160.00 - $190.00 per day Home daily, Local Route Experience: Driving: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road Please send an email with your information and description, as you would be a good candidate.
