QR Code Link to This Post Boutique physical therapy practice is seeking MATURE, reliable, experienced front desk receptionist/coordinator.  Successful candidate will have EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS and attention to detail. You would be the first point of contact of our kind, caring, integrative healthcare office, so great phone skills are necessary. You would further develop a relationship with the client as they attend multiple appointments. Position requires multi-tasking with answering phone and booking appointments, verifying insurance benefits and communicating information to clients, distributing intake paperwork to clients, working with billing office on client accounts, managing inventory and working independently.  Must be able to use reliable means of transportation* to be on time.  Flexibility in work hours is available.  Training is provided.
