We only work with USA based recruiters and sales reps. As a recruiter for call representatives, you will be finding sales reps and testing them out in our system. You will be responsible for making recruiting calls to potential sales reps that respond to an online job ad (i.e. Indeed/Craigslist). You will be given sales rep applicants "contacts" to reach out to per ad that is posted or per campaign that is launched. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ADS OR APPLICANTS. YESVENDORS DOES NOT CHARGE ITS WORKFORCE FOR MATERIALS OR CONTACTS OR TOOLS. You will start off on commission at 250.00 per rep that reaches a "low" minimum quota of orders and lasts for at least one week (So at fast pace it takes a week to get paid). A second commission is paid on the same rep if the rep lasts for more than 4 weeks and reaches a standard quota for at least his/her most recent week (10 orders a week "low is 5, standard is 10, high is 15 and up). A third commission on that same rep if the rep reaches high quota and is still working after 6 weeks. We offer a great pay rate of 250.00 per rep. One successful sales rep recruited by you can payout 750.00. It's easy to stack up many in a given month; AND we have more than 100 empty seats that need to be filled. Hourly is available to those recruiters that exceed expectations and quotas (negotiated after a proven track record). THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB THIS IS A RECRUITING JOB YOU DO NOT DO ANY COLD CALLING, YOU ONLY CALL PEOPLE THAT RESPONDED TO OUR JOB AD!!! Everyone you call will be people who responded to our job ads (specifically for the remote sales position to sell our specific product). We provide training and support to help you succeed. The product is a vendor program through Yesvendors, a division of KBC Holdings.
